Canna Coach Lia
Since moving to Boulder 3 years ago, Canna Coach Lia has improved her physical and mental, as well as spiritual, health by studying mindfulness, cannabis and fitness as ways to achieve a healthy, balanced life. Wanting to share what she has learned with others, she founded You Canna Be Well, a ‘canna-coaching’ or consulting service that works with individuals to help them better understand cannabis, by educating them about the medical and recreational benefits of cannabis, while demonstrating that cannabis smokers are hard working, trustworthy good people. Also wanting to break the stigma about exercise, she began teaching Huff & Puff HIIT, a 420 friendly, highly intensive interval training class that is fun, challenging, catered to the individual and prove that exercise doesn't have to suck when done with friends and dabs in a fun environment! In addition, Canna Coach Lia is an ACE Group Fitness Certified Instructor!
FUN FACT: "In August I accomplished the marathon part of the High 5 Race Challenge: 5 races in 5 months from a 5k to a full marathon, powered by pot, to shatter the stereotype of the ‘lazy stoner’. And to prove I could to myself."
